Material Notes: POWERSIL® INSULATOR FINISH is a self leveling, one-component silicone rubber, which cures at room temperature under the influence of moisture in the air. The elastomer has good mechanical and very good electrical properties.

Special features:

  • tracking and erosion resistant
  • excellent primerless adhesion to many substrates
  • very good resistance to weathering and air pollution
Application: Repair material for silicone rubber sheds and housings of long rod and hollow core insulators, arresters and bushings.
