Material Notes: Introduction: PU Sandal shoe-sole system is the polyester-based PU system materials, consist of four components: polyol, ISO, hardner and catalyst. The processing of this system is two components. In this case the catalyst, harder, blowing agent and pigment should be mixed thoroughly with the polyol component EXD-3070A before reaction with ISO component EXD-3022B. This system material is used to produce low density and medium hardness Sandal, casual & cloth shoes. Processing of the system is normally performed with injection machine.

Blowing agent (Water): 75 g
