Material Notes: CHR® M-Series (1 Mil PET/Rubber adhesive) is manufactured from polyester film with rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Features/Benefits: M54 can meet MIL-I-15126 MFT Type 2.5 specifications. The thermosetting rubber adhesive system offers excellent quick-stick properties and flag resistance, yet unwinds easily. The polyester backing resists damage from sharp edges. Polyester backings offer low-cost, effective holding for materials. Operating temperature is -18 to +163 °C, elongation % at break is 100, tensile strength is 44N/cm and dielectric strength is 5,000 volts.

Applications: M54 offers economical methods to hold, insulate and/or protect various materials. M54 is often used in critical capacitor and coil applications.
