Chesterton 415 Concrete Sealer  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive

Material Notes: Chesterton® 415 Concrete Sealer is a high gloss, fast penetrating coating which forms a polymeric seal over surfaces to which it is applied. When used on porous surfaces such as concrete floors, walls, pavement, and structures, it reduces dusting, deterioration and damage due to weathering. Surfaces are left with a tough, beautifully lustrous finish that is resistant to most chemicals, water, oil and grease. 415 Concrete Sealer is resistant to mildew and bacteria and will not discolor with age. Chesterton 415 Concrete Sealer is the easy to use coating for concrete surfaces. While most conventional coatings require the concrete surface to be neutralized by acid etching prior to application, this is not necessary when using 415 Concrete Sealer. Just clean and degrease and the surface is ready for coating. Under most environmental conditions, the coating is dry and ready for traffic in three to four hours.

Features:

  • Dries in 3-4 hours
  • Can be used on new and old concrete
  • No acid etching required before use
  • Protects against mildew, bacteria, moisture, acid, rain and pollution
  • Clear, lustrous coating
  • Eliminates dusting
  • No peeling or flaking
  • Can be applied to damp concrete
  • Makes surfaces easy to clean
  • NSF R2 – Registration number 134009

Applications: Use as a polymer seal to reduce dusting, deterioration and weathering on all concrete, cement blocks, stucco, Terrazzo, bricks, stone and other masonry surfaces; use on floors, walls, buildings, bridges, sidewalks and other structures.
