Sumitomo Bakelite Varcum 92600 Phenolic Resin
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Phenolic

Material Notes: Varcum 92600 is a liquid one-step phenolic resin in ethanol

APPLICATION: Varcum 92600 is an unmodified phenolic resin solution producing baked films that are outstanding in resistance to almost all acids, salt and fresh water, solvents, oils and other organic chemicals. They have good durability and abrasion resistance. Varcum 92600 is a fast curing resin solution, and the relatively low temperature and short time necessary for its polymerization result in light colored films. Baked films of Varcum 92600 can be plasticized sufficiently to enable them to withstand shocks or rough handling.
