Iron phosphorus triselenide (FePSe3) belongs to the layered MPX3 family. With a graphite-like layered structure, FePSe3 is a low-bandgap ternary magnetic semiconductor with p-type properties as a grown single crystal. Applications: Iron phosphorus triselenide (FePSe3) quantum sheets are excellent and highly stable trifunctional electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution, oxygen evolution, and oxygen reduction reactions. Apart from being one of the most effective electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reactions (HER), FePSe3 can also be intercalated with lithium or sodium ions for batteries, transistors and other energy storage devices.
