Material Notes: SKYPEL G940DW is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin superior heat resistance and non-discoloring properties. SKYPEL G940DW with medium 40D hardness based on shore D scale is widely used for injection molding and extrusion applications.

Features: Good melt adhesion property due to the low melt viscosity. Good thermal stability including non discoloring property at high temperature. Applications: SKYPEL G940DW which is designed for minimizing fuse properties during the fiber spinning process is suitable for fiber application. In addition, It is able to be applied for compounding and producing special product such as seals, cable jackets, tubes, belts, and sheets. Process: SKYPEL G940DW is able to be used for producing staple fiber for nonwoven applications by sheath-core spinning process.

Tensile property tests on ASTM Type IV dumbbells diecut from injection molded slab 2mm thick. Crosshead speed 50 mm/min.
