Material Notes: Description: APJAC4 is a black linear low density compound for jacketing of power and communication cables. APJAC4 is characterized by:
  • High melting temperature
  • Good petroleum-jelly resistance
  • Low water permeability
The excellent properties of APJAC4 will give advantages in manufacturing, installation and performance of power and communication cables. APJAC4 contains 2.5% well-dispersed (max 2 accordance BS 2782, ISO 18553) carbon black in order to ensure excellent weathering resistant.

Specifications: APJAC4 meets the applicable requirements: ASTM D1248 Type 2, Class C, Category 4, Grade J3,E5 IEC60502-ST7
