Application: Drug release: PLGA has good biocompatibility, non-toxicity, good encapsulation and film-forming properties, and is widely used in pharmaceuticals; for example, PLGA nanoparticles have high encapsulation efficiency for active drugs, which can improve their stability properties and bioavailability, commonly used in drug release systems; Tissue engineering: PLGA microspheres or fibrous porous scaffolds have the characteristics of adjustable porosity, pore size and degradation rate, which can be used as scaffolds for cell culture and carriers of drug components, and can be implanted in vivo for blood vessels, nerves, Bone and other tissue engineering fields; Medical devices: PLGA has good compatibility and degradability, and can be used to produce disposable infusion sets, disassembly-free surgical sutures, etc.
