Chemours Krytox™ TS4 PFPE Thread Sealant

Material Notes: Krytox™ TS4 sealant is designed for use on various metal and plastic surfaces and can be used in lieu of PTFE tape. Krytox™ TS4 sealant can be reapplied over existing thread sealant. Krytox™ TS4 is: Nonreactive, Nontoxic, Nonflammable, Non-corrosive, Compatible with most seal, O-ring, and valve polymers. It contains no volatile organic compound (VOC) content or hydrocarbon and is safe for oxygen use with no auto-ignition temperature. Krytox™ TS4 is effective for a number of reasons. It clings to threads and will not shred or tear on assembly or disassembly. It cannot plug or restrict critical piping, valves, or instruments, which is often a problem with tape solids.
