Inov Chem DDPU - 301 Polyurethane grouting material

Material Notes: Introduction: DDPU - 301 is a two-component hydrophobic polyurethane grouting material, designed for rescue and relief . The material have a very short reaction time and quickly transform from a liquid to their final foam form. This material can not only waterproof plugging, but also has a certain reinforcement and stabilization effect. It has been widely used in subway tunnels, water conservancy and hydropower, underground garage, sewer and other fields of waterproof leakage-plugging.

Features:

  • Rapid react with water, fast foaming expand and cure. The reaction time can be adjusted according to the amount of component A, generally can be controlled to cure in tens of seconds to minutes
  • Chemical stability is excellent
  • High strength. The compressive strength can go over 20MPa within a few hours when molding under airtight conditions
  • With large infiltration radius and solidification volume ratio, rapid chemical reaction. When the material encounter water, great expansion pressure will be generated to push the slurry deep into the crack to form a tough consolidation.
Application:
  • Seam sealing and waterproof anticorrosive coating of pool, water tower, basement, air raid shelter and other buildings
  • Anticorrosion of metal and concrete pipelines and steel structures
  • Dust treatment ,underground tunnel or building foundation reinforcement
  • Sealing and strengthening of deformation seams, construction joints and structural cracks in construction projects
  • Sealing leakage and strengthening ports, wharves, piers, dams and hydropower stations
  • Wall protection and leak plugging in geological drilling, selective water plugging in oil exploitation, and water stop-gushing in the mine, etc.
