Danquinsa DANMELTTHANE® PES-690-G Adhesive

Material Notes:	DANMELTTHANE® PES-690-G is a saturated co polyester. It is specially used as a hot-melt adhesive for filter bonding. DANMELTTHANE® PES-690-G distinguishes itself by an extremely high melting point and a high melting viscosity for the bonding of filters. Films of DANMELTTHANE® PES-690-G are flexible and break resistant. When cutting the bonded filter elements there is no smearing and the tools are not contaminated by the glue line of DANMELTTHANE ® PES-690-G. Application: DANMELTTHANE® PES-690-G makes it possible to do the folding and the joining of filter-web papers before and/or after the impregnation with phenol resin and/or the polymerization. The polymerization temperature is supposed to be between 180 and 185 °C. DANMELTTHANE® PES-690-G is qualified for the bonding of automobile-, air-, industrial-, household-, protection-, dirt-, dust- and medical filters. Information provided by Danquinsa GMBH
