Danquinsa DANTHANE® 125H-Powder Adhesive

Material Notes: DANTHANE_ 125H-Powder is a polyester based, thermoplastic, aromatic structured TPU-powder. DANTHANE_ 125H-Powder distinguish itself by its low softening point and its good adhesive behaviour. DANTHANE_ 125H-Powder is applied by melt calender coating of textiles or other supporting materials. This TPU can be processed by sinter coating as well as by flatbed and transfer calender lamination. Typical applications for this product are:
  • Adhesive equipment for seam sealing tapes
  • Lamination of textiles with different décor Films
  • Thermobond equipment of textiles
Application: DANTHANE_ 125H-Powder is mainly used as adhesive powder for adhesive equipment as well as for coating and lamination of textiles and other supporting materials. Adhesive coatings, produced with DANTHANE_ 125H-Powder distinguish itself by an excellent reaction and sealing behaviour. Also the thermal welding of adhesive equipments is given. DANTHANE_ 125H-Powder is used for thermobond equipments of different textiles needed for example as label, adhesive label etc. The product is best suitable for coatings and laminations of different products. This powder is also very suitable for the thermobond equipment of textiles, plastic adhesive tapes and materials for seam sealing.
