Material Notes: Exceed™ performance PE polymers Used to formulate a wide range of film structures offering superior mechanical performance for highly demanding end-use applications.  Exceed 1018 is an ethylene 1-hexene copolymer resin.  Films made from these resins have outstanding tensile, impact strength, impact strength, and puncture.  These superior strength properties, along with excellent drawability, allow down gauging in bag applications.   TnPP is not intentionally added to Exceed 1018.

Additive:  antiblock: 5000ppm, slip: 1000 ppm; processing aid: yes; thermal stabilizer: yes. 

Applications:  agricultural film, freezer film, packaging films, bag in box, general packaging, premium trash bags, barrier food packaging, heavy duty bags, stand up pouches, blown film, industrial packaging, trash bags, bread bags, lamination film, trash can liners; food packaging, multilayer packaging film, form fill and seal packaging, over wrap film.
