Danquinsa DANTHANE® 125KB-Powder TPU
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyurethane, TP; Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPUR), Polyester Grade

Material Notes: DANTHANE 125KB-Powder is a polyester based, aromatic TPU, already colored in blue. This TPU-powder is best suitable for coatings and films, that must show high flexibility also at low temperatures. DANTHANE 125KB-Powder is mainly used at the production of blue colored transport elements (transport and conveyor belt coatings) as well as for flat belts and flexible materials for containers.

Application: DANTHANE_ 125KB-Powder is applied at the hot melt coating of industrial textiles. The coated textiles are used for transport and drive sections. This TPU powder, colored in blue, can be used at the coating as intermediate layer and final coating. Very often DANTHANE_ 125KB-Powder is used as intermediate layer and than as top coat the transparent type DANTHANE_ 125K-Powder is used. For the coating of textiles we also deliver the corresponding impregnations and primers with the DANCOLL_ products.
