| DANCOLL® 245-1G is a primer compound for the coloration of solvent-based primers and impregnations. This polyester based compound contains additives. This product was developed above all for our customers, who are outside of Europe and who are able to dissolve the primers in organic solvents. Therefore it will be prevented that big shares of solvents must be delivered in addition. DANCOLL® 245-1G is a basic compound for the production of textile coatings, impregnations and primer adhesive solutions. Application: DANCOLL® 245-1G is used as a PUR-primer for spread-, rotary printing and spray application which will be applied as a lamination adhesive, primer barrier coating or as an adhesive aid for a later lamination. As ground coat respective impregnation of textiles it is used for the later coating with PVC and TPU. It is suitable to serve as external coating for textile fire hoses and for the adhesive bonding of fire hose in-liners (Manchons) by the production of fire hoses. DANCOLL® 245-1G is distinguished by a tack-free drying process. The coated substrate should be cooled down well prior to its winding up as the substrate might bond due to residual heat.
