Material Notes: DAI-EL® Perfluor GA-105 is a peroxide curable perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). This grade offers good mechanical properties, excellent chemical and solvent resistance as compared with other fluoroelastomers, and can be used for applications under severe conditions. Perfluor GA-105 is also suitable for semiconductor applications due to its high level of cleanliness.
