ExxonMobil Exceed™ 2005MC Film Grade Hexene LLDPE
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polyethylene (PE); Linear Low Density (LLDPE); Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE), Film Grade; LLDPE/Hexene, Film Grade

Material Notes: Enable™ performance PE polymers allows film converters to further enhance their business with more stable operations, improve line output and down gauging — in one single polymer for mono- and coextrusion operations.  Enable™ 2005 resins are ethylene 1-hexene copolymers.  This polymer offers an outstanding balance between processing and film properties, including tensile, impact and puncture.  Easier processing and excellent properties lead to significant high pressure LDPE replacement in many applications, yet with superior draw down and enhanced toughness.  TnPP is not intentionally added to Enable™2005 resin.

Availability:  Africa & Middle East, Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America.

Additive:  antiblock: no; slip: no; processing aid: yes; thermal stabilizer: yes.

Applications:   agricultural film, food packaging, shrink film, blown film, form fill and seal packaging, stand up pouches, cast film, heavy duty bags, stretch film, cast stretch film, lamination film, collation shrink, multilayer packaging film.
