ASI® MP532091O Optical Grade Acrylate Solvent UV-Curing Adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Acrylic/Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

Material Notes: MP532091O is a high performance UV curing adhesive engineered to bond glass and plastics. It is a flexible dual cure adhesive. This product can be cured under UV light or heat. Our MP532091O is a leading performer when used for bonding optical applications and general industrial applications. MP532091O is often cured with an electroless lamp D, medium pressure metal halide lamp. This UV adhesive also works well with UV light emitted diodes (UV LED) at wavelengths of 365 nm to 395 nm. Heat can be carried out at 120°C for 30 minutes. Design engineers select MP532091O for the optimum in finished product quality, reliability, performance, and cost effectiveness. MP532091O is an essential tool in improving overall product quality, lowering per unit cost, and reducing processing time. Benefits: Superior Bond Strength, Solvent Free, Low Odor, Improves Finished Product Quality Durable, Good Impact and Vibration Resistance, Easily Automated, No Clean Up. Substrate Applications: Dam for Glass and PMMA, Sealing for Glass and Plastic.
