Jilin Xingyun Chemical 1500 Styrene Butadiene Rubber

Material Notes: Characteristics: The shelf of styrene butadiene rubber is longer because of its good stability. The property of styrene butadiene rubber is similar to that of natural rubber. It will appear physical and chemical change, while its oxidization is slow under the effect of light, heat, oxygen and ozone. More filling agents can be added in styrene butadiene rubber and hardly affect the physical and mechanical properties of styrene butadiene rubber, therefore, styrene butadiene rubber is fit for the production of rubber products with lower content of rubber. The low temperature resistance and resilience of styrene butadiene rubber is not as good as natural rubber, but styrene butadiene rubber is better than natural rubber as for antifriction, heat-proof, oil proof and resistance to aging.

Usage: 1500 type styrene butadiene rubber is use for tire, sidewall rubber, general back rubber, line belt, sebific duct sole and other black rubber products with excellent physical properties, and without limit to pollution and color. 1502 type styrene butadiene rubber is used for white sidewall rubber, hosepipe, galoshes, sole, rubber fabric and clothes, toys and black and colorful products with excellent physical properties and nopollution.1712 type styrene butadiene rubber is use for tread of tire, line belt, back rubber, rubber coated wire, cable and general black industrial products. 1778 type styrene butadiene rubber is used for light-colored and transparent products such as light-colored sidewall rubber, sebific duct, line belt, fabric and clothes, galoshes, sole, medicinal product and sports goods, toys and others.
