Material Notes: PEEK mod. is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with selectively improved sliding properties achieved by the addition of solid lubricants. The optimal proportion of mechanical characteristics distinguish this material as an engineering plastic. Thanks to its good resistance to various fluids, the material is physiologically harmless. PEEK mod. produces the least smoke of any thermoplastic. Properties: Withstands temperatures of >100°C for long periods of time, Good sliding properties, High chemical resistance, Excellent dimensional stability.

Applications: Components for the chemical industry, Seals, Machine parts with a narrow tolerance range, Sliding profiles, slide bearings, slide rails, Gear wheels. Industries: Chemical industry, Mechanical and plant engineering.
