Ganpati Exim SKN-18 NBR
Categories: Polymer; Thermoset; Rubber or Thermoset Elastomer (TSE)

Material Notes: The Nitrilast rubber is a product of low temperature co-polymerization of butadiene with a CAN, using an emulsifier – tail of potassing soap or mixture of soaps on the rosin and fatty acids. The vulcanizate of Nitrilast differs from its analogues by higher physico-mechanical figures and by higher benzene and oil resistance. The vulcanizate, extended by Nitrilast, considerably exceed abrasion resistance of NR. The grades of this rubber as Nitrilast 18, 18M have also a great coo-resistance. The rubber can be mixed with polyvinylchlorvinyl resin, phenolformaldehyde, acrylonitrilestyrene and other resins that may be used also as peptizer agents.

Application: The Nitrilast rubber is applied for manufacturing a variety of benzene and oil resistant goods for auto, aircraft and rubber technical industries.
