USP Class VI Adhesives
USP Class VI Approved Adhesives for Medical Device Applications
Master Bond’s biocompatible adhesives are designed to meet the needs of medical device manufacturers. Compounds withstand various types of sterilization methods.

3M Scotch-Weld™ MG05 LO Medical Grade Instant Adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Acrylic/Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

Material Notes: 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Medical Grade Instant Adhesive are intended for use on a wide variety of materials used in the construction of disposable medical assemblies. They will quickly bond metals, plastics, rubbers, and composite materials and are available with special properties such as fast cure, low odor, flexibility and a variety of viscosities. This product has been tested and meets the specifications of USP Class VI. These products are not intended for use in implantable medical assemblies or for direct application to the skin. MG05 LO is formulated to have low volatility means that these products are not only low volatility while maintaining bonding of a wide range of materials. Low volatility means that this product is not only low odor but also low blooming. Lower odor can improve worker comfort in applications where assembly requires being close to adhesive dispensing or where ventilation is limited. MG05 LO is useful for bonding very close-fitting parts and can be post-applied to assembled parts and allowed to wick into a bond line
