Material Notes: Premi-Glas® 1100-10 is a fiberglass reinforced thermoset bulk molding compound for general purpose applications requiring thermal stability and stiffness.

Key features and benefits are:

  • Excellent stiffness to weight ratio, non-melting
  • Good dimensional stability, including excellent thermal resistance
  • Pigmentable for molded-in color; best appearance with mold texture
  • Excellent property retention in cold and hot environments
  • Good corrosion resistance except in acid environments.
  • Designed for compression or injection molding in matched metal die molds.
