Material Notes: Description: HP550J, a general purpose polypropylene homopolymer resin, is suitable for general extrusion and film fiber applications. HP550J resin meets FDA requirements in the Code of Federal Regulations in 21 CFR 177.1520 for all food contact, including cooking applications. HP550J resin has a UL yellow card RTI of 105°C and a flame rating of UL94HB; these apply only to the natural color resin at a minimum thickness of 0.028 inches. All ingredients meet the chemical registration requirements of TSCA (U.S.) and DSL (Canada). Uses: Carpet backing, rope, twine
