Material Notes: Resistat F9416, MERGE M040 is composed of forty filaments of conductive nylon 6,6 yarn. This yarn is twisted and heatset. Each filament has electrically conductive carbon suffused into the surface. The filaments have a round cross section with a coating thickness of approximately 1 micron. The yarn color is black. Resistat is used for carpeting, ESD garments, and industrial belting and brushes.
