LyondellBasell Adstif HA 686J Polypropylene
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polypropylene (PP); Polypropylene, Sheet/Thermoforming Grade

Material Notes: Adstif is a trade name for select polypropylene resins with high crystallinity used to produce customer applications, such as thermoformed containers, injection molded packaging and consumer goods. Adstif's property and performance characteristics include high crystallinity, broad processing window, high stiffness and good dimensional stability.

Adstif HA686J is a thermoforming grade with improved process ability in stretchability, and end use stiffness, impact strength, HDT and clarity.   Typical customer applications are containers made by solid phase pressure forming (SPPF) / thermoforming or blow molding, such as drinking cups, yogurt cups, noodle cups, margarine tubs, dairy cups, trays and bottles for food, that can be hot fillable or microwavable for reheating of food.
