Syensqo (Solvay Specialty Polymers) Amodel® A-6625 HS BK324 Polyphthalamide, 25% carbon/glass fiber, ESD grade  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; Polyphthalamide (PPA); Polyphthalamide (PPA), Carbon Fiber Filled

Material Notes: Amodel A-6625 HS BK324 is a 25% carbon and glass-fiber-reinforced, heat-stabilized grade of polyphthalamide (PPA). It is formulated for applications requiring the dissipation of static charge. This material is well suited for fuel systems applications requiring low permeation, low swell, and high thermal resistance. It can also be used for components of electrical/electronic systems requiring high strength and stiffness, as well as static charge dissipation. Amodel A-6625 HS BK324 resin provides low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability and has creep resistance superior to other electrostatic dissipative materials. This resin can be easily processed by injection molding using water-cooled molds, conventional equipment, and methods.

Data for dry-as-molded samples.
